Her outfit was completed with dark sunglasses, a white and black handbag, and white shoes. Pregnancy Announcement
Sofia Richie Grainge officially announced her pregnancy on January 25, 2024, with a series of Instagram posts alongside her husband, with whom she tied the knot in April 2023. In a previous interview, Sofia also shared glimpses of her pregnancy. “I found out very, very early,” she said about her pregnancy. “I was about four weeks pregnant. I was on a trip to Milan for Fashion Week, and I was going to the Prada show. I was doing a really quick 24-hour turnaround, and I felt terrible.”
Discovering the Pregnancy
She initially thought her ill disposition was due to jet lag, but when she returned to Los Angeles, she realized her period was already late. Wanting to be safe before going on a night out to drink, she took a pregnancy test. The model was used to taking tests at random she didn’t put much thought into it and was accustomed to seeing a negative result. However, this time was different.

Sofia and Elliot did a sweet gender reveal using two party poppers. Upon using the popper, they learned that they would be parents to a baby girl. “Elliot is really excited for a girl too. I think it’s so typical for boys to want boys, but he has a lot of sisters,” she said. Sofia’s father, Lionel Richie, is over the moon to be a grandfather again and praised his daughter in an interview, noting that she would be a wonderful mother. As for him, he can’t wait to spoil yet another little blessing in his family.
